As well as the deep cleaning of the property, we also provide carpet cleaning, oven and hob cleaning, extractor cleaning and filter replacement, and microwave, fridge & freezer cleaning.

Most landlords & letting agents now draw up tenancy agreements with their new tenants so it is important for outgoing tenants to ensure any end of tenancy cleaning is carried out to a high standard to avoid the landlord not refunding the full deposit on their departure.

We are happy to follow check-out reports and inventories carried out by landlords and letting agents to put things right, whether a big or small job, ready for the incoming tenants.
